The Mechanical design and construction of our chemical reactors are based on the process specification such as pressure, temperature, viscosity, cooling, and also in accordance with the high standards set by our engineering team.

The designs of our chemical reactors are based on the requested specification below:

- Body thickness based on the ASME standard

- Required agitator for the specified job

- Heating and cooling system design including appropriate circulation piping and pump and heat exchanger

- Mechanical seal hosing design

- Accessories for the agitator

-Electromotor and gearbox selection in accordance to the ATEX Standard
